I was the product designer on a cross-functional team. Working with the product manager, tech lead, and developers, I shaped the experience end-to-end: from research and flows to prototyping, testing, and design QA.

To understand the problem we conducted a full analysis of tickets submitted to customer success, performed in-depth interviews with users, and carried out user story mapping to better understand their journey. These activities provided us with valuable insights into users' needs and pain points and allowed us to see opportunities.

We learned that the most technically efficient option wasn’t intuitive for users.
By testing alternatives, we found contextual menus inside the editor gave the right balance of discoverability and ease of use.
